Austin Tenants Council is in the process of revising our lease packets. In the meantime, please review resources on Texas Law Help for information about lease content and structure.

ATC’s Lease Packets were developed so that landlords could have access to applications, leases, move-in and move-out inventories, and security deposit refund forms that protect the landlord’s financial interests without unnecessarily impinging on the tenant’s rights. We look forward to offering these again in the future, free of cost.
